Early Career (college through about 5 years)

Overview

Just starting out, or a few years into your career and ready for something with real upside? This is a ground-up path into commercial real estate investment sales. You don't need a real estate background. Success here comes down to drive, coachability, and proof you can outwork the competition, whether you sharpened that selling, competing, leading, or building something from scratch.

You'll learn the business the way it's actually done: working alongside senior advisors on live deals, doing the analysis and marketing behind their transactions, while you start building relationships and a pipeline of your own. You'll learn directly from experienced advisors who are invested in your growth, backed by a full marketing and operations team. The coaching is hands-on, not one-size-fits-all.

This is the entry point to our advisory career track. As you complete your mentorship and build a book of your own, you advance from Associate Advisor to Advisor, running your business with full autonomy and the firm's support behind you.

What You'll Do
  • Support senior advisors on active deals and learn the business from the inside
  • Prospect and build relationships with property owners and investors across Metro Denver and the broader Colorado market
  • Help senior advisors prepare broker opinions of value (BOVs) and pitch materials for listing presentations
  • Create marketing materials: offering memoranda, flyers, maps, aerials, and submarket and market updates
  • Keep listings current across CoStar, LoopNet, and other platforms, and manage mailings and email campaigns
  • Complete market and property research to support live deals and new business development
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Zero to five years of professional experience; recent graduates welcome
  • A proven track record of success in sales, entrepreneurship, competitive athletics, or leadership
  • Coachability and a strong desire to learn
  • Confidence, integrity, intelligence, empathy, and a relentless work ethic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • A Colorado real estate license, or willingness to obtain one during training (not required to apply)
Compensation & Structure
  • Independent contractor (1099), commission-based; no salary or draw
  • Uncapped earning potential, with income tied directly to your performance
  • Structured training and mentorship for a minimum of two years
